I have had my family's prescriptions filled by this pharmacy for the past 20 years. I will now be changing pharmacies. The pharmacy's change of hours has immensely impacted convenience. I attempted to be understanding. After the most recent incident with the incompetent pharmacy representative—I am now changing. I attempted to pick up my son's monthly prescription. Two profiles were in the system for him. She looked at the profile that did not have this prescription and told me the doctor had never provided. I created so much confuson with my son's doctors's office which led to hours on the phone with multiple staff members. The doctor's office called the pharmacy; discovered the issue; had to sit with the representative and walk her through in deleting the duplicate profile. The the process for this prescription needed to start all over again. I had to spend 3 hours rectifying this issue and wait another 3 days for this to be filled. Nevermind the multiple visits I made prior—but the pharmacy was closed. Then when I finally received the prescription and of course I was infuriated—your walgreen's pharmaceutical representative gives me dirty looks. My daughter was present and saw this adult behaving like this. Look at your cameras! I'm appalled. I have no interest to continue giving my business. This was the same representative who stated there wasn't any prescription for my son. ~Miss

Customer service used to be great here. But you pay a price when all you hire are children who don't enjoy their jobs. The younger staff behind the counter (with the exception of one or two) doesn't even acknowledge you when you walk up. They are ALWAYS having a conversation amongst themselves. I never get a can I help you, or how are you today. They just start scanning my items at the counter while continuing their conversations. ZERO eye contact, no "anything else today" and not even a have a good day once you're all set. You literally have to talk over them and interrupt their conversations if there's something else you need that's behind the counter. It's funny how different they act when there is someone of a higher power working with them in the store for the day. Being a supervisor for a customer service store front I'd be ashamed if my employees worked in this manner. Very very sad customer experience. ~John

Just want to say Thanks to these guys for helping me out today.I basically showed up at their shop unannounced looking for help because Jiffy lube destroyed my drain plug from a recent oil change and I had no oil in my truck 2020 f150.They were nice enough to stop what they were doing to throw my truck on the lift and put a new one in. They told me I didn’t have to pay because it only took 20 mins but I insisted this could’ve been a costly situation had I not this fixed. I would never go to Joe's Auto Service again. They are very unprofessional. They did work on my vehicle that resulted in multiples issues. Leaking power steering fluid, when oil change was done they put silicone seal all around the oil pan now no one will touch the vehicle to do an oil change, thanks Joes. Joes did not provide transparency of what they did and the underlying issues. When brought to their attention they stated there is nothing they can do, not how a business should be ran. Their poor work and lack of attention to detail will never bring me back there again. Never go there unless you want to get ripped off. ~vito
