I went to get a money order and used two cards for the transaction. Because of fraud protection there was a hold on my card. Unbeknownst to me. She could not give me a refund or print out a money order for half the amount at least. "I can't do anything!". 😡 she was rude and unfriendly. Horrible customer service. She was in the phone with someone to "help" kept me waiting for 45 minutes. Didn't speak to me at all. Sarah the "customer service representative" was a jerk. ~Heidi
