Twice over the last year, I needed to rent a truck from penske. The first time they did not have the truck I rented available and had to take a much larger truck to drive through NYC. The second time I received additional unexplained charges on my credit card and when calling Penske to resolve the charge there is no one there except to take reservations. This is NOT a customer friendly company. ~David

I have never been treated the way I was treated at Citizens Bank East Main Rd Portsmouth RI. I felt like the movie pretty woman. I'm not a millionaire, but that gives absolutely no right to someone who works in a bank who acts as they above me! Why because she works at a bank? Not a Neurologist mind you. She was condescending from beginning to end! Behind a desk didn't hear a word I said. I closed my account, I made a substantial deposit with a different bank I couldn't believe the it. I'm sure I'm not the only one. What I say may not matter but the fact that a large deposit was made at another bank should!! ~Lawrence
