We kept getting hit with o.d fees and was very frustrated today we were going to close our bank account and go else where but after sitting down with Anthony and Dan the bank manager solved our problem within 2 hours of going over 3 months of transactions and looking at where things went wrong. They were really patient and understanding took there time to give us exactly what we needed.
