My past two experiences there have been AWFUL! This past week I drove over to pick up a prescription. The pharmacy closes for lunch now (great, we all need a lunch break). The young woman informed me they were closed for lunch and really thought it was funny when I expressed my displeasure as she proceeded to close the pharmacy section. I had to make another trip there to pick up my medication later in the afternoon. Gas is rather expensive these days.
The prior month, I tried to obtain that same medication and CVS was practically OUT of it. They gave me 5 pills and I had to return a few days later to get the rest of my prescription. I am DONE with CVS after I get my next refill. The staff (not the pharmacist) is a negative ten on a scale of one to ten. DONE! D. O. N. E. with this place!
Edited to add: The issue is with the newly hired staff, not the people I have been dealing with for years. She really did have a smirk on her face and seemed to enjoy telling me they were closing for lunch. The various pharmacists have always been helpful, but I think they are overwhelmed. ~James
