Normally I would have given this place a 5 star rating. While the staff there are friendly and helpful making you always feel welcome don't rely on owner/management to help their customers feel safe or can count on them for any type of community or loyalty support. That friendly smile from the husband and wife who operate the Cricket Express is for "Thanks for your money". I had a situation a few days ago there where when I walked out of the store after purchasing the things I needed I was confronted by a gentleman waving a loaded handgun at me threatening to shoot me. He is someone who is a troublemaker at the mobile home park where I reside. Many people have had issues with this individual in the same neighborhood including the people who own the property. I called the next morning to ask the lady who operates the Cricket if she could possibly check the security cameras to see if it recorded the situation and although she said she would and leave a note with the night shift personnel nobody ever checked or left any information. Instead her reply was yeah I check ok whatever " and hung up. Doesn't make me feel safe or appreciated as a daily loyal customer. I don't think I'll be doing anymore business there in the future. Thank you to the rest of the customer service people there though you always made me feel welcome and valued. ~Thomas

I bought gas here and my car ran horrible till it was gone. My vehicle never runs bad it was sputtering and knocking for days.Talked to the guy inside who could barely speak English. He said it wasn't his problem very rudely. I guess this is normal customer service where they are from, Pakistan or Afghanistan I guess. I will never buy anything from this place again, never! ~Rick
