I stopped there to run in real quick for a few items and was very disappointed. I was paying with a type of gift card and had used it earlier that morning. I knew my balance was sufficient to cover the cost. I swiped it and it asked for a PIN, which I had not set nor had to bc it ran fine as credit at the other store that morning. The cashier started getting smart and treating me like I was trying to scam the store or something. I mentioned I needed my phone to call for my balance to prove it was there. He made me feel as if I had too. He proceeded to 'aggressively' toss his phone on the counter in front of me with the card website pulled up! I'm not using anyone's phone but mine for sensitive information like that.. I got mine and just called the number. It was sufficient and it explained about the pin number not being necessary. The 'young man' running the register was extremely rude and condescending as if he was 'catching me in a lie'. He was extremely unprofessional during the whole situation. The other employee was an older lady and was very pleasant and kind.. I will not return to this store again. ~Nicole
