Smaller store with great selection of fresh produce, meat, seafood, bakery items, wine and so much more. The prices are within market standard and the employees seemed very warm and welcoming. One star was left off because of the longer wait to checkout. There were only two registers open for a full store of shoppers. Other than that, everything was great! We will most definitely be back soon! ~Krista

Horrible service, particularly the disrespectful attendant (dirty brown beard with rainbow spiked hair) claiming he was the manager. I needed a prescription refilled called in by my doctor. I identified myself and noted the prescription that was picking up. He would not dispense the prescription claiming the doctor did not provided all the information and he had a bunch of Marias in the system. How retarded and closed minded. How many Marias would come to pick a specific medication and identified the prescribing physician…..That moron should not be in a position dealing with customers. 😡 ~Jose

Absolute night and day difference between Ingles and CVS. I can get right in and out. Much faster and more efficient for me than CVS. I switched a few years ago and wouldn't ever consider going back to CVS. I also get better personal service because they are not slammed 24/7. ~Tim

I just walked into the friendliest store I have been in for the past 5 years. The entire staff could not be more helpful, super friendly greeting everybody in the store and created a vibe that you just don't see any more in retail. Thanks for reminding us all what incredible service looks like and how to treat other human beings.. ~Mark
