Bill Miller Bar-B-Q

What happened to Bill Miller's? Twenty years ago you always got good quality for a decent price. These days you get smaller portions for a much larger price. And after waiting 20 minutes, I get a bowl of cabbage, which I thought was supposed to cole slaw and cold has browns. I even asked them to cut the sausage into smaller pieces, it shows that on the receipt, but was not done. Definitely disappointed in how things have progressed with this company. ~Eddie

Kicaster Country Store & Grill

Flavor: B- Service: A- Tea: A Solo dining: A I found this place on a 'best burgers' list. While it was good, I would put it on any 'best burgers' list of mine. I got the mushroom and swiss burger (a staff member's recommendation). Nothing is homemade and the mushrooms are canned. I honestly enjoyed the bacon cheese fries more than the burger - not because they were anything unique - but just because the cheese was liquidy and the bacon pieces were crisp. The burger isn't large but the price sorta is. If I found myself anywhere nearby, I'd gladly stop in and eat again. But I wouldn't go out of my way to get here because there are better burgers around. ~Larry

Tractor Supply Co.

I just want to thank the young man who assisted me with an issue I was having with my rose bush. At night, something, deer, squirrel, rabbit, had stripped all the leaves off the branches and left a trail. The strangest thing. The young man wasn't sure, but recommended Repel All, least expensive of the products and safe for pets. Worked like a charm the night after spraying. And now the bush is completely back and with buds. I'll be sure to thank him in person next trip to Tractor Supply in Adkins. ~Sam
