They were extremely rude and ignored me. I came in late at night but that is no reason to be rude to me. I simply asked a question and they ignored me. I understand that it is late at night but there is a job to be done. Their were 2 people working and both ignord me ~Kim

DELIVERY DRIVER HIT ME WHILE ON MY BICYCLE. WENT AROUND THE GAS STATION. LOOKED AT ME. AND DROVE OFF IN HIS S.U.V. manager told me it was my fault. For being in the bicycle lane... ford escape driver. Was NOT investigated. I went there 3xs. NO ONE OFFERED HELP. JUST TOLD ME YOU WEREN'T THERE. Is it protocol to DRIVE AWAY FROM AN ACCIDENT ?? THERE IS NO WRONG SIDE ON A BIKE LANE.. RETAKE YOUR DRIVING TESTS. ~Alter

I'm usually not one to write a review, but I had to make an exception due to the amazing customer service DayNa provided at the Life Storage Seabrook location. This is my first time renting a storage, and the most difficult move to date. However, Ms. DayNa's patience, understanding and compassion has definitely eased a great deal of stress throughout this time. Always willingly and readily to assist when needed, answer any questions and just all around a very pleasant young lady. Thank you for such great service. Five out of five stars.
