First thing you need to know about Carpenters is the bathroom is only for paying customers. If you walk in and ask where the bathroom is, prepare to get stared at like you are trying to rip off somebody's grandma. Also, I don't deal with advertising laws, but I'm pretty sure "Now serving hot food" is a gross misrepresentation. I walked back to the deli at 12:00 in the afternoon and three - 3 - people were leaning on the other side of the counter and talking while reviewing their phones. They broke their conversation and all three of them looked at me but none of them said hi. I noticed no food seemed ready and not of the ovens or other food prep equipment were on. I'm not even exaggerating - the most unfriendly collection of human beings I've ever seen running a place of business. I can only hope the gas pumps work better than the staff, but on this particular day I didn't take my chances and I booked it out of there. ~Jason
