why not just close your store down for good? ive heard nothing good about customer service from Friends and personal experience. the doors are always locked everytime ive stopped and the employees are always rude about it. youre wasting tax payers money leaving all the lights on and refusing service! ~Heather

Horrible service. They canceled and changed our delivery three times without letting us know and never delivered our oil. We ran out of oil and didn’t have heat for our home in below freezing weather for 5 days. We let them know this and they didn’t do anything to speed up the delivery. Each time we called they had a different answer and promised delivery that day. They never delivered our oil each of those times. I never received a call back from a manager, even after I left multiple messages. Absolute disregard for their customers. I do not recommend using this company. ~Mary

Circle K Corporate needs to ban this store and remove their name from it. Boycott this store. They are not Circle K. They refused to accept our Circle K gift card that we won from playing Circle K games. They refused to redeem our Circle K win from playing Circle K games. Again, BOYCOTT THIS STORE. ~Beverly

They had a bunch of places at the Shenandoah Heritage Market but my favorite was Grandma’s Pantry. They had a bunch of food items and I am a foodie. They had several samples of items. They had towels, t-shirts, aprons, wooden gifts, soups, spices, cheese, meat, crackers, books, decor gifts, wreaths, chips, sauces, dips, candies, fudge, etc. etc. etc. There is a little bit of everything in here that you would expect from a grandma's pantry and house. The staff was friendly. This seemed to be the most populated store in the market as well. ~A
