Updating my review. Things have changed quite a bit and I've been able to get most anything when I go there where previously I couldn't get a simple sandwich 3 hours before close. Food is fairly fresh each time I get it now. They are a little understaffed it feels, but that is about normal anywhere now. ~Ryan

I went to the bank today to cash 2 checks and trade some $20s for a $100, the teller told me that she could not take one of the $20's because it looked like a rat chewed some off of each side;I said you know where that came from, it came from your atm here at this bank. I am very disappointed with the service I received there. l have been with First Bank and Trust for many years and I am seriously thinking about taking business elsewhere. ~terry

Tacky store. Tackier clothes. Horrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and drive on to Abingdon for much better quality boutiques. Or go towards Richlands, they have two boutiques that put hers to shame, Classy Closet and Bleachy Mama. Also, , Main Street in Tazewell has a few also, Bliss on Main and Color Pallet. Seriously, do yourself an favor and bypass her low class store. ~Missy

My return is complicated with a lot of dividends and stock..She does a good job explaining it to me and filing it correctly. ~Ira

Walmart photo center took my photos out n looked at them and then destroyed my photos. they r not replaceable 2 of my yorkies had passed away nothing been done to her ~Elizabeth

The new bank app works good most of the time but something internal transfer don't send. Transferred money from one account to another but it never went causing overdraft. Text alerts sometimes don't work as well. Looking into switching to credit union but hate to leave here because all the workers are so friendly. ~Chris
