Exxon
In the middle of a long drive, I was in need of both refueling and of a restroom. As this location was the closest station time the exit, I naturally stopped here. Arriving early in the day around 9:30am, I heard another visitor walking away from the business that restrooms were not available now. In a hurry, I left. I decided to get gas elsewhere at a nearby establishment that offered restrooms. ~A
NAPA Auto Parts - Genuine Parts Company
Called here because they're about 2 minutes from my house. Asked about a simple brake light bulb replacement. Was on hold for 15 minutes. Drove to Advance in Wytheville, in and out 3 minutes tops. I wouldn't stop here to crunch a grumpy on their floor. ~Travis
Food Country USA
This store needs better customer service, the people up front like too talk and have attitude with other customers. Also I see they have application but my granddaughter filled one out and other people and can’t even get a call back they act like they need help but can’t call anyone back, never shopping here again. ~Karen
Family Dollar
This used to be a nice well stocked place to shop but you never know if they are open and the Last time I went I pulled up in the parking space saw one of the workers lock the door and was very rude to a little 80 yr old lady that drove all the way from whythville. I'll never go back after that rude and obnoxious behavior ~deborah
U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer
It's more of a hardware store and the owner is good with U-Haul rentals. Tool and power equipment rental also. ~John
Love's Travel Stop
This store is one of the nicest ones my Sister and I have been too. Between Virginia to Oklahoma and back again, we've been to quite a few Love's. The Associates at this one, have great people skills. Smaller than the norm, but they make up for it, by being clean and fully stocked. Plenty of souvenirs, games for the road, and stuffies! There's a Subway if Chester's doesn't do it for you. Clean bathrooms and showers! ~Jeanne
