Nothing really bad to say about the account or anything...it's the customer service that's a problem! You go to their branch to speak to someone about a problem or even just to givethem requested information & your told to have a seat in their lounge area where you proceed to wait over an hour with no service. You then let the teller know that you'll come back the next day & all of a sudden everyone has a few minutes to help you. If your looking for a bank that actually cares about it's customer, First Bank is not it! ~Stacey
