McDonald's

What has been happening there lately, and how do you duplicate it?!? 4/19 roughly 9:30AM, came through the drive through for breakfast. The voice through the electronic menu was pleasant and cheerful. Service at the payment window was polite and efficient! The final window, we met one of the nicest humans in customer service. Great attitude. Thinking it was a fluke, we held off on the review. We’re moving, and needed a quick breakfast this morning. Same experience, excellent quality. Awesome to see happy people working with great attitudes. Both experiences made my morning and have far exceeded any “sit down” dining experience I’ve had lately. Bravo, and thank you!! ~Stephanie

Little Caesars Pizza

EDIT: Reordered two extra most cheesiest pizzas and they have hardly any cheese or sauce just soggy crust. So obviously the first time wasn’t the norm, bummer. Won’t order again . First of all the prices are so much better than everywhere else around here. Second you get so much toppings! It’s saucy, cheesy and just delicious. Will be ordering more often ~tarajk82

Miracle-Ear Hearing Aid Center

I've needed hearing aids for 20 years and my hearing is getting progressively worse. Four years ago I switched to Miracle-Ear hearing aids because my wife and I became full-time RV travelers and wanted hearing aid service wherever we were. We've now settled near Aberdeen, WA and i switched my hearing aid service to Leona Byrd's center. I've recently ordered new hearing aids from her and her service has been great. Very attentive to my needs and problems. She's very responsive to fine-tuning the hearing aids for me. ~JAMES

7-Eleven

Management really needs to do something about the night crew. I believe his name is Dylan, older, silver hair in a ponytail, he has become increasingly rude to me every time I come in. I came in to buy chips, gummies and a soda. He didn't speak to me, scanned my items and closed the points system as I was reaching to put my number in. When I asked for a bag he mumbled something under his breath like "yea I bet". He then knocked my drink over before literally throwing it into my bag, it was a throw because it bounced off the counter twice. He spread his palm wide and smacked all my chips and gummies to try and pick them up in one go and when he couldn't he threw what he had in the bag, smacked the stuff he missed and threw that in there too. Then today I bought some items and my total was 17.98, I gave him a 20 and he gave me back two dollars and walked away without saying anything, refusing to give me my two cents so I'll put my two cents here. It wouldn't be such a problem but things like this happen every time I see him and I'm afraid it will evolve into open hostility. He'll be nice and say hello/goodbye to the people in front of me, offer them bags and ask if they want to use their rewards but he is becoming increasingly aggressive towards me. If he is rude to me again I'm afraid I'll have to involve his superiors. I don't want him to get in trouble I want to not feel attacked every time I come in. ~Yuukiharu
