Excellent staff, kind and helpful do most my shopping at Mitchell's. Their Angus beef is best in town of Cheney. Good prices compared to Safeway and Yokes especially can goods. Their fuel prices are best in town of Cheney. Shop there and find out the savings you get. Jerry and Robin the owners are always available to assist anyone, and Darren their butcher will gladly cut you meat for any occasion. The night shift Lucy always helpful along with her crew of checkers. The deli makes excellent sandwiches and Cooks the chicken perfect. This is best groceries store in Cheney period. ~Joseph

If I could give this a zero I would! Me and my daughter went in to get a toy for a little boy that had a hard day. We went in around 8:54 We went straight to the section and got a little toy dinosaur. We knew what we came in for and it was going to only take a few minutes. A cashier named Steve followed us and was trying to "ask if I needed anything" I said no we are grabbing something real fast and we know you close at 9 it is only going to take 2 minutes. He proceeded to say "Well either way I am locking the door at nine". I said you can lock the door at nine we won't be here by then. I proceeded to tell him the store hours say till 9:00pm not 8:55 for closing hours. He laughed and walked away. I paid for the toy dinosaur for a sad sick kid that had a hard day. Moral of the story is this guy Steve acted so unprofessional and also 2 other customers asked the other cashier guy what his name was and said how unprofessional he was and how he was already trying to kick people out. Do better guys and honor your times. I wasn't there to go on a shopping spree. I was trying to make a sad sick little boy happy with a simple toy and it only took a few minutes. ~Lela

Really cute store and very friendly crew. I like that they offer fountain Coke and Pepsi with the flavor additions. Gas is comparable and cheaper than the coast. Good hot case with lots of different items. ~Christine
