No, they didn’t work on my car…… I brought it in for a tune-up and new spark plugs. We left the car and walked across the street for breakfast. A few minutes later I get a call from the receptionist. I hand the phone to my husband. They told my husband the oil gasket was leaking and needed replaced. They said it was now going to be twice as much as originally quoted. Understanding cars my husband questioned the high price to change out the gasket. They claimed they needed to add an extra hour for the procedure. He told them he didn’t want it done at this time and would do it himself. He asked them to do the work that we had discussed. When we got back we were confused because the car hadn’t even moved from where we originally parked it and they were already finished???. My husband could tell no one had even opened the hood. They were trying to up charge us before they even started. When we walked in the office we were informed they weren’t going to do any of the work.
Seems to be a scam shop were they don’t even diagnose before they start trying to add fees. ~SkyAnn
