I've had so many wonderful experiences that has met my needs and concerns at this post office over the past year! Initially I came to open a P.O. Box for mail forwarding while my family and I travel for more than half a year. I opened the application for a P.O. Box initally online however when I was there in person to submit my identification and pick up the keys, I was recommended to what is cheaper and better for my situation. I appreciate that I can have anything delivered whether it's sent by UPS, Fedex or USPS just by addressing differently. They accommodate and allow me to borrow a dolly and basket whenever I have large quantities of packages delivered to easily transport to my rig. I appreciate that while we are traveling and gone for months at a time, it isn't an issue that my box is collecting so much mail and packages. The business is clean, easily accessible and conveniently located in the main area that's near enough to the highway and border near Idaho. They have plenty of parking as well as handicap parking. I appreciate their hours, availability and access to P.O. Box even when the clerk part of the business is close. They are open for a few hours on Saturday is another reason I chose this location as not all areas offer that accessbility, convenience and flexibility, especially if you work during the week during their normal business hours. You can get your passport, buy packing boxes/envelopes, cards, stamps, great one stop shop for mailing needs. They are a large post office that offers a variety of services. During the holidays they have a thoughtful, festive gesture with a mailbox placed accessible for letters to Santa! I absolutely appreciate their patience, problem solving and making my experience easier and pleasant. Customer service has been professional, knowledgeable, personable, friendly, helpful and kind! ~Mary
