New postal policies regarding mail are anything but good. Public service is ALL that they offer, and anymore, that's in very short supply. I understand that policy comes from the higher ups, but they don't see what their policy is doing for the image of the postal service. It makes friendly helpful postmasters look draconian and uncaring to the people that they are meant to serve ~Ryan
