I recently moved to this area and Googled and J Spa came up. I was very impressed from the time I walked in until the time I left. affordable quality at its best I can't say anything bad my experience was a rare treat and a great haircut. Thank you Jason you did a great job and I will be returning. B4 and after pics included. Above was .y 1st experience here wich I gave 5 🌟's however. I had an appointment this last time and when I showed up the shop was locked and closed. During my 30 minute drive there the owner had texted me which In the mountains I don't get phone reception. So I left and when I got to the grocery store lot I received the text. He apologized. But it was quite an inconvenience since the gas is so expensive and it's a long drive there I thought it was quite unprofessional. I was just a little surprised that he didn't offer to try to make up for it. As a new customer science it seems like maybe he would want to try to keep me as a client. I am used to find customer service and I realize he had personal family issues however when you own a business you must always make sure your customers are satisfied. That left a bad taste in my mouth and it's quite unfortunate because seems like quite a nice guy as you can read about what I wrote the first experience. But I got my old scissors out and gave myself a little trim that's all I can afford at this time. thanks Joe !! ~Dwayne

I love Dollar Tree and so glad we finally have one in our area but, whoever is managing this store doesn’t know how to oversee the employees as far as seeing to it that they keep this store clean and the stock out! The shelves are always messy, boxes in the floor with merchandise that needs put out on the display shelves; this store is just a mess! If the manager can’t do their job and keep the employees busy working, she or he needs replaced! This store has times when hardly nobody is there; no excuse for this store to be in such a mess! The Charleston stores are much busier, but they are on the ball and keep their stores straightened & clean. I usually only like to leave positive reviews, but in this case, it’s just not possible. Get your act together, we would like to keep our local Dollar Tree! ~Kathy
