I recently moved to this area and Googled and J Spa came up. I was very impressed from the time I walked in until the time I left. affordable quality at its best I can't say anything bad my experience was a rare treat and a great haircut. Above was .y 1st experience here wich I gave 5 🌟's however. I had an appointment this last time and when I showed up the shop was locked and closed. During my 30 minute drive there the owner had texted me which In the mountains I don't get phone reception. So I left and when I got to the grocery store lot I received the text. He apologized. But it was quite an inconvenience since the gas is so expensive and it's a long drive there I thought it was quite unprofessional. I was just a little surprised that he didn't offer to try to make up for it. As a new customer science it seems like maybe he would want to try to keep me as a client. I am used to find customer service and I realize he had personal family issues however when you own a business you must always make sure your customers are satisfied. That left a bad taste in my mouth and it's quite unfortunate because seems like quite a nice guy as you can read about what I wrote the first experience. But I got my old scissors out and gave myself a little trim that's all I can afford at this time. thanks Joe !! ~Dwayne
