High fees. ~Cory

Horrible horrible organization. They promised a new facility years ago, so we joined and eagerly waited to move up from the outdated, run down facility they have now. COVID hit, and they dropped plans to build a new facility, and have yet to have any substantial plans to do anything 2 plus years later. I understand they took a hit but didn't we all? I didn't take back promises I made to my customers though. My wife held onto our memberships in hope they would ever come through but there is no substantial hopes in sight. I don't know how you can sleep at night after doing such dirty business. ~Caleb

I love my Plant Fitness family! Jen the Manager works so hard to keep a clean, safe and positive environment. The staff is friendly and always there to help. Great place to workout ~Beth

BB&'T is the worse! It's crazy cuz they will nickel-and-dime you to death with Hidden fees..It's crazy they hit you with a $12 maintenance fee if you don't get direct deposit. Which I feel like they should call you and tell you that now that you no longer get direct deposit That you're going to be required to pay a maintenance fee and ask if you would like to open up an account that doesn't charge those fees! ~Ashley

Online says they close at 10pm I showed up at 9:15pm and they lady was rude as all saying "cant you read the sign we close at 9pm" so I mentioned Google said 10pm and she said it wasnt her problem then walked away. ~Bam
