Long post so bear with me.. I made an appointment with my hair stylist in September (23,2021) to get my hair done in January (10,2022) I was losing weight and wanted to have lost 50lbs before I got my hair done. I wanted something different and bold so i went with purple. I sent the inspiration photo to her and she had no problem doing it for me.. fast forward to December she was having a special for the holidays so I bought $200 in gift cards and got $100 free. So essentially $300 in gift cards. I talked to her about my hair from Dec 29- Jan 2 January 4 I got a message that said she was uncomfortable doing the purple color I wanted, I was obviously disappointed but tried to adjust my inspiration photos with something more subtle and in the natural realm of colors, after which she cancelled my appointment because wanting a different color completely changed the time frame of my appointment. When I asked her if I could get my son in for a haircut she informed me that she cancelled my appointment and filled the time slot. I asked for a refund for the $200 I spent on gift cards and was told she wouldn't be refunding my $. At that point I was done. My cousin said she would buy them from me. And has been cancelled on 4 times now. It's clear to me she isn't interested in remitting any services because she already has my money.. so I'm here to tell all of you hard working moms do not go to Haley Carney at Sola salons in green bay on Oneida.
