Best butcher West of the Mississippi, I love when it's time to pick up my 1/4 steer. I'm always satisfied with the price of the butchering and packaging. The workers are very helpful and friendly and another about them is they have amazing pies. It's about a hour away but definitely worth the drive. I highly recommend this place. ~Bob
