The drive through is supposed to be open until 5:30, i thought this would be nice considering i work until 5. However they are ALWAYS closed early. Ive been able to deposit a check at 5:15 one time in the past 2 years. Their mobile deposit feature was nice until the new app update, now it takes 24-48 hours for the check to be present in my account and transfering money to anyone elses account is impossible. I have had good experiences with their loan department in the past, but not having access to my money when i need it is dissapointing. ~Marcus

It isn't a terrible bank. It has changed hands a few times, always annoying when new cards are issued. Staff is nice and remembers you. They give decent advice. It's by a coffee shop, so I always buy coffee. The mobile app works. Not much to complain about. Would like more branches. ~M

If could put zero I would. Two days in a row this location has completely messed up my order. Today I sent my boyfriend because I'm working to order two salads. The cali Turkey and the cali steak. I wanted them with all the veggies advertised. The girl told my boyfriend that she didnt know what was on them so she gave us two salads with just the meat, cheese, avocado and lettuce. What is that? And then yesterday I had place an online order to be delivered by doordash. I had ordered 1 footlong wheat with steak, bacon, egg and cheese toasted. Nothing else on it. I was delivered a footlong on flatbread with literally just egg. And the sandwhich was cold. I wish i could add pictures because the salad looks terrible there is brown lettuce in it and it's just a disaster. I dont think I'll ever go back. ~Kyli

I run my own small business and these guys have been preparing my taxes for years. Their attention to detail is great and they've helped me get the maximum refund, way more than if I were to prepare​ on my own, with turbotax, etc. When the IRS sent me a letter I didn't understand, they were helpful with explaining what it meant and communicated with them on my behalf. Rock Lake fitness is way better! Might be out of town but it’s $5 cheaper with central air and actually has key fobs and you can bring a guest! They also have bathrooms and showers separated for men and women! But this is something life force fails to have ~Jasmarie

I literally just called to ask if they had any cocktail sauce or horse radish available before I left the house because I am taking care of an elderly person and did not want to shuffle them in the car for no reason especially with it being this cold. The response I got was “I don’t know what your talking about” so I repeated it again slower and louder and than I got “ I have no idea what your saying come into the store if you want something” RUDE!!!! And not how you treat a costumer, I have no idea how this gas station is still in business with those owners. ~Ellie
