Took my Mustang in for oil change and tire rotation. Arrived at 1130. Also asked if they could install brake caliper covers if able ( they said they didn't fit). Was told should be done around 1230 ( 1 hour ) so I waited. And waited. At 1330 I went to the FastLane desk where I dropped vehicle off to ask why so long. Was told brake covers didn't fit but that she didn't know the techs were going to take an extra long lunch. Really? 2 hours for oil change ?? And you keep your customers waiting so you can have a long lunch ?? Pathetic. ~David

They really went above and beyond to help us fix our car. We are from out of town so they got us in immediately. They stayed past the time they were going to leave to help us with our issue. They explained the problem thoroughly and fixed it quickly. Would recommend! ~Danielle

Just in town visiting for a few days - picked up a nail in one of my tires. Called first thing in the morning and they said "just bring it in". Took care of it the minute I got there. Fast, friendly, and so very helpful. They made sure I knew my options - and explained in detail what they did to repair my tire. Very reasonably priced as well!
