This is a great post office. The staff is friendly and helpful. I will make the extra drive here to get stamps or drop off my packages. I only had one package that went missing, but that was not their fault, it was stuck in Illinois, I believe someone took it there, but the New Holstein office tried to look into this for me but didn't have any success. ~Stephanie

We had a great time meeting up with family and friends we didn't know we had! One suggestion would be to lower the volume of the music.. since there isn't a dance floor.. people may hang around longer if conversation was easier to be had. ~Dana

I like that the staff is friendly and now open 24hrs. The only thing that I have an issue with is the gas pumps, i don't know if anyone else has or had this issue in the past but when i pumped gas this past friday moring, I coldn't make out what was on the screen at the pump, i had to guess what was coming up on the small screen. The words were overlapping each other so it was dufficult to understand. Hopefully the pumps get updated; otherwise i would give this 5 stars. ~Marissa
