My daughter put in a 1 hour order for graduation cards. When we went to pick them up within the allotted time frame, there was a problem printing and we were advised by the young lady to re do the order. We had to get back home so my daughter made some adjustments to her design and submitted the order again with the intention I would pick up the next day. The next day I get an email saying printing problem again, out of card stock now!! I called the Photo Center and spoke to a young man, who assured me the cards were ready even though the email stated otherwise. Upon arrival at the Photo Center, I greeted a gentleman sitting behind the counter & told him I was there to pick up photos. He waved me over to another young man (David?) & said he could help me. That put me 3rd in line waiting for David's assistance while this other man continued to sit there watching a video on his cell phone. He also watched as a young girl and older gentleman struggled to pick up a large boxed TV and put in their cart. He made no effort to get up or offer assistance. David on the other hand finished politely with the other 2 customers, knew exactly what I was picking up once I gave him my name as he was the person I had spoken to earlier. David was very polite, courteous and I feel went out of his way to assure me the cards were as we requested. I commend him for his customer service skills. ~L.
