After a terrible experience with a different flooring company, I came to Carpets Plus for new flooring in two rooms. Kathy came out and personally measured up exactly what was needed. Happy clerks. Both women working greeted me with a super big smile and welcome. Refreshingly nice, like family. Very clean bathrooms. Convenient on and off Hwy I-94 ( 25 miles East of MN-WI boarder ) This stop on my trip home made my day! Thank you. I will stop again when traveling nearby! ~P
