Every time I visit a Race Trac workers are careless and disrespectful! I went in to use the restroom grab a drink, The most disrespectful and uncomfortable feeling as a custom……Wish there were employees who actually cared and proper customer service.

It's supposed to be open 24 hours but it's not every morning around 4am it's close I call the store they answer saying they open back up at 6am sound like the are asleep please new workers thats going to run the store correctly where is the manager it's not cool every morning beside the mornings you want to be open at 4:30

2 homeless people had left their shopping carts full of nasty junk on the covered patio. They were down by the Interstate exit ramp begging for money.

I was waiting for a fresh pizza almost 45 minutes the cashier whoever she is had an attitude and act like she doesn't want to be here. I'm in Transportation business so always on the go. Folks like this can make your day gloomy. And remind you just one slice was in the oven warmer. But she felt the need to keep making sandwiches when 5 people we're waiting on pizza. Those guys waiting so long the left. Way to go

I stopped in to get something to drink and use the restroom. One of the most disgusting restrooms I've ever been in. Thankfully I only used the urinal but the stalls were gross and the trash was overflowing.

Do not shop here please let it get closed due to rude workers who are on the phone while working ask do yall have camel wides and she promptly said do you see any ... no ma'am I'm not superman nor have super powers ... and I turned and walked out cause shift lead was sitting there and didn't say anything ... the time was around 5:35pm on a wensday just incase they wanna investigate this ... probably not cause racetrac don't care about thier customer just letting all thier employees hire friends and family so they can all be lazy

Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. Half the pumps malfunction causing you to have to go in four times to move to other pumps till finally giving up and leaving. Not to mention the panhandlers that harass you everytime you walk by. And the manager and employees could careless with a toxic "im just here for a paycheck" attitude

I am disabled and have a handicap license plate on my car. Gas stations are required to pump gas for someone like me if they have enough staff to cover the register. The staff there is always friendly and helpful. Thank you Racetrac! Edited June 2 to thank them for another nice employee and gas fill-up! Also: A different reviewer said there were panhandlers here. A few years ago they did have some issues with that, but they have really fixed up and cleaned up the area. I haven’t seen anyone hanging around or asking for money in years.
