FedEx is terrible with delivering live animals. Do not ship Fed ex. If you call there is a cold language barrier also.

Bad experience had me running from one place to another ... I went to the offices and as in some parts of the business, the bad attention from some employees, their bad character ... and more when you do not know their language very well ... but that was not all .. after sending me emails saying that they rescheduled my package to be delivered the next day ... nooo it's more they returned it to the AT&T company .. that's how I ran out of cell phone without package without nothing...
