Yes I'm guessing you what I've been using them for the last 7 years never had no problems or we've been good good people inside their staff very friendly this year with a little bit different that's why I gave him four stars instead of five men doing the same thing for 7 years and now all of a sudden something different I understand time came when they did their job and did it did great I will see him again next year

This is the second year I file and they dnt tell u ahead of time that u can't get the advance pay credit and they dnt ask everything like hand r block and it cost me over 500 for them to do basic regular taxes where anywhere else its like 100 dollars not going back next year then they tell u ur pin is computer generated so they can't give you the pin they put the year before which is the only reason I went back this year but going back to h and r block next year ... I dnt like how jackson hewitt does things and anywhere else after checking would of cost me 200 at the most and it was 576 with jackson hewitt so thanks and this year they didn't even give me a full copy of my paper work they gave a 3 sheet packet that is in simplified format so I definitely anit referring them to anyone and definitely am not under no circumstances going back there again 2 years in a row was 2 years to much thanks Stacy but I'm good I have 2 babies to raise that the other 576 you guys charged me and the 1000 less that u said I was getting compared to other places led to a lost of 1376 dollars I could of spent on my children and that I could of had already anywhere else with advance payments so thanks my bad for going again but won't be seeing me next year for sure
