They're good at finding other things to charge you money for that mysteriously break in their shop. Cheap things with high labor bills like lugnut rods.

I initially went there for an inspection sticker, and when I saw the place I was impressed with well everything I saw. It nice and clean and offered a ton of services. It just looked professional, as it should. There were super friendly and helpful when asking about what services they offered. So about a month later it was time for my car to get it's transmission and differential serviced. I waited for the work to be completed and they offer a very comfortable waiting area, even seating to view the work be performed. They were done in no time. The price they charged was about what I expected for it's fair in that regard, but here's where it all becomes worth it. They check in on you to make sure you're satisfied with the work. They've absolutely earned my business and I don't making recommendations on anything very often but if you need anything done to your vehicle that's the place to go.

I was traveling from Dallas, TX to Lafayette, LA, and my truck began to overheat. I called several shops in Lafayette and none could get me in until the following week. A friend suggested G & H and I'm super glad he did! I was impressed with my mechanic - Colin. I felt he was truly concerned with my returning to Dallas without the truck overheating. On Monday, everyone else had left and he was still trying to figure out the problem. Also, Nicole (front office) was very helpful, friendly and kept me informed on the progress. My overall customer experience was awesome!

Shane, your team was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. The only advice I can offer coming from an industrial work background, is to verify all parts ordered. If you tell a customer all the parts are here and we are starting work, it is taken that everything is good and work will be completed. Inspect all incoming material, dont wait on installing items to find out part is wrong. Thats the only advice I can give for improvement.
