The employee was very friendly. And at first appearance of the facility was very maintained. On the downside the climate control units was a little warmer than what I expected but I don’t know what would be the temperature a climate control supposed to be

We had a wonderful experience with the manager, Bryan! He was very professional and efficient. He explained everything completely and personally made sure we knew how to access the gate and our unit. We are grateful for the customer service and his friendly demeanor! Nice to have this storage facility in my community….very convenient!

Brian was super friendly and nice. He took us to see the unit we requested and it was perfect just what we needed. The place looks very well maintained and kept. Loved the fact that there are cameras and gated when you enter in. Overall our experience was great!!

Brian was extremely helpful,super nice and very professional. He even stayed passed his shift to provide us with his services, gave us a tour and set up everything we needed. The property inside and out was very clean/sanitary and working properly. I love the feeling of security.They have 24hr Surveillance outside/inside and are a gated community . Knowing that makes things a lot less stressful. I highly recommend Southern Self Storage. The service is great, the price's are very responsible and the property is fantastic for our needs. Thank y'all again;)

THIS storage facility explained the rental process from beginning to end. They are very courteous and caring people. Whenever I had a concern, my needs were addressed right away. I would definitely rent from them in the future. Nice location, not overcrowded.
