Overpriced and missing menu items. Sign on the door saying dine-in was closed, but it wasn't. Food was alright but I don't see myself returning.

I usually read negative reviews with some doubt but these negative reviews are accurate. Anyone leaving a positive review is either an employee (huh, maybe that's what the gal at the second window was doing on her phone while I waited for my order) or their kid works there. Owner/manager should really read and take these reviews seriously and review there process. I understand labor shortage is tough but there is definitely something else missing here. Have eaten here 10 times in past 6 months. Every single order something was missing, order was wrong or was of poor quality.

Worst kfc experience ever , drove 30 mins from bar harbor to get dinner. No open lobby drive thru only. Girl taking order in drive thru had a attitude, then kid at 2nd window completely messed up my order and to top it all off the chicken was old and my food was cold , no napkins , no utensils, and no dipping sauces I asked for !!! Worst kfc ever.

Slow service , didn't get everything I ordered didn't give me a breast. No butter for my biscuit . And staff was fairly rude .

Hamburg was cold, bone in chicken was old, they never gave us the other half to my meal and didnt realize till i got home then could care less when i call it in. Thanks for the 3 hungry kids i get to figure something else out for dinner for..

They don’t give proper change on the driver thru. They keep the extra coins. Not cool.

This past Friday I stopped by heading to camp after a long day of work the drive thru was the best I have ever seen. On a norm I'd get to camp and not have my extra Cole slaw I don't know who that fella was at the window but he was very pleasant

One of the worst fast food restaurants I've ever had the displeasure to visit. I live a distance away and stopped to get carryout and bring home. The order was totally wrong. The meal I ordered was not what I received. The biscuits were so overcooked they crumbled to pieces. It was all dark meat, no white meat. The drink was wrong, everything was wrong. Unfortunately, living so far away I had no options. I threw it out. After picking up my order, I used the nastiest restroom I've seen in years. Dried drips of whatever all over the doors, etc. NO SOAP!!! With COVID-19, here's a place with no soap to wash your hands. The place looked like it hadn't been cleaned in quite a while. I won't do business there again. I'm glad I didn't eat the meal after seeing their lax cleaning habits. Eat at a different KFC, like in Brewer or Bangor. Ellsworth, is a bacteria leaden mess and they can't seem to get a simple order right.

Didn't have sauce that was ordered for chicken fingers. No coleslaw that came with both orders. Had 3 mashed potatoes and only 2 ordered. I realize there is a shortage of help but it would be nice to receive what is ordered for the price
