Carrier doesn’t pick up mail and now we are getting our paper.

Service is hit and miss with delivery. The carriers seem to constantly be looking at a number on the mail instead of the street name. I’m always getting mail for 78 “insert name” rd. My packages almost always end up a road over and the awesome people who live there deliver me my mail several times a month. I get stuff happens but attention to detail is key with certain jobs and this is one! I’ve called and spoke to the postmaster there and apparently the carrier who makes this mistake most often is her at this particular branch. Since she is the head honcho she doesn’t carry a handheld like everyone else is required to do which marks GPS location when they leave the packages. So when she delivers to the wrong place, she has no clue where she left it as a result. Thank god this community is honest, otherwise we’d be at the mercy of the mediocre mail delivery.

The ladies at the desk are very nice and helpful but the carriers are constantly losing my packages, putting them on my neighbors steps, or over packing the parcel locker in front of my mobile home park, thus destroying my packages and often damaging the contents. The package carrier(s) responsible need to be retrained or fired, enough is enough.

The postal clerks are excellent, especially Michael. The rural route carrier, especially William, is awesome. They put up with a lot. They give great service. They are greatly appreciated.

Amazing customer service at this location! I was called from the lady working here (didn't catch her name)that the package that was picked up at my house that morning had been damaged by rain and wanted to know if I wanted to come in and repack it. I came in that afternoon after work and re-boxed it with no charge for the new box and she made sure it made it on the departing truck for delivery. Unfortunately I usually don't have good experiences with USPS in general, but this lady made my day and I felt I needed to write this and thank her.
