I was really disappointed in how they refused to stand behind their work. I have a convertible top less then 2 years old and it was fine when I took it in to be detailed. When I pick it up the rear window was loose and coming out. I picked up the vehicle after hours so I couldn't say anything then plus the interior was still filthy so I called them on the next business day and they said to bring it back. When I told them about the window then they said it was falling out when it came in. I know it was fine and if they did notice it falling out it seems that somebody would have called to mention it on one of the several phone calls.

I drove 3 hours to see the car of my dreams. When I arrived at the dealership, I was amazed like being back in the 70's. When I went inside people were very friendly and wanted to help. All the numbers were right on, Car looked great, and they went over every detail with me. I want to thank Randy Olsen, Hank and Tracy for doing such an awesome job. No wonder your dealership has been on biz for such a long time! If you need a car or truck or even a nice mustang, come see these guys!

Great service from the start. Found the car we were looking for on Kelly Blue Book, it was at Ripley and Fletcher Ford. Emailed them to find out if it was still available and they got back to me first thing the following business day. The sales person kept me informed about when we could take the car for a test drive as it was still in the process of being looked over and cleaned. Clean showroom and everyone had a great attitude.

I brought my camper to R&F on a Wednesday because I lost my brakes. They told me that they would look at it on Friday and give me a call. They didn't look at it until 2.5 weeks later. It was a master cylinder and cost me over $1,700 to fix. This is a $200 part if you buy from Chevy. The most upsetting issue was the fact that once I got my RV home, I realized that the bluetooth speaker and amazon firestick have been stolen! These guys are not honest and their mechanics steal! Very unfortunate because there are not a lot of places in the area that perform work on RV or heavy duty trucks.
