On two occasions now, Steve and his capable team helped me out, by doing work on my car in a pinch. It was easy to schedule an appointment, and get an accurate and fair assessment of the work that was needed. Steve went above and beyond in keeping me informed and doing good, old fashioned, quality work at a reasonable cost. Because of the expertise of this shop, they were able get me back on the road in a timely manner. Due to urgent repair needs, twice in the past 6 months I have shown up first thing in the morning without an appointment and both times they've fixed my car on the same day. On the more recent occasion, they called me and had diagnosed the problem before I even arrived back home. I'm not suggesting ambushing these guys with surprise walk-ins, because I know that's usually not ideal for any auto shop, but I very much appreciated them squeezing me in - twice!

Do yourselves a favor. Look at other places. They can't even put on correct windshield wipers. Cut to a year later and the three "new" tires they put on are trash. Needed to replace 11 months later. Service: General repairs & maintenance

Service cost exceeded estimates. Scheduled service a week in advance for brake pads and rotors. Given price of $185 for pads only, and $375 for pads and rotors. Stopped in to verify appointment 2 days ahead and verify parts would be available, OEM, equivalent or better. At that time I told Service Writer that I wanted to replace both pads and rotors as that was what Subaru advised. When I picked up vehicle the cost exceeded the estimate by over $50. When I asked about this I was told it was because of rotors used. Good work, happy with job. Service writer amicable and appeared knowledgeable. My vehicle left clean and delivered on time. Just disappointed with estimate vs actual final cost.
