They do well most of the time, but on the days they don't, they REALLY don't. On those days, there will be 10-15 customers standing around waiting for their food, 2-3 employees making food, and then multiple employees just standing around or doing "busy work" rather than helping the people prep food. Just seems like a gross mismanagement of resources by this management team. I stood around for 20 minutes one day watching a manager walk around ask multiple employees standing around if they needed anything while the 2-3 employees prepping food were working themselves to death. Yes, there were employees that needed help but you were asking the wrong ones, not to mention maybe get behind the counter and make food rather than walking around.

Food is always delicious here, but I noticed the rapid pick up isn’t so rapid anymore. The last few times I placed an order online, I always get the “your order is delayed” email, and when we get there we’re waiting an additional 10 mins. But.. the food is good!

I ordered on doordash, spent the $8.99 delivery fee and STILL received the wrong order. The driver stated they told him this was my order and it quite obviously wasn’t. I’m so sorry to the person that children won’t be having lunch today because now I have 4 sandwiches and 4 chocolate milks that ARE NOT MINE. Please for the sake of those that are at home waiting for orders, clarify which is who picking up for who.

Someone stole our food at the rapid pickup. The team there was awesome in redoing my whole order. You taught my kids a lesson in patience and grace today. Thank you

Nice, quiet and clean. Just check your order before leaving. My niece order, she had to wait for a bakery item, so mgr gave her 2. My order, they gave me 2 of what I ordered.

I have to say I’ve been here a couple times and each experience has been great. Even this last one the food was fantastic and the employees were polite and kind. The reason I’m leaving a one-star review is to make sure this is seen. What made my last visit unpleasant was actually who I am assuming to be the manager. She was seated a couple seats away from me at a booth with another one of her employees. During my meal I overheard her talking about the other employees behind their backs and being truly awful. It’s so disturbing to hear someone who is supposed to be in charge of ensuring a team works well together, tearing her employees down. It’s absolutely appalling and I hope something is done about it because the kind staff of this location don’t deserve to work under someone as awful as she was.

Usual upbeat decor. Clean. Friendly staff. Got the artichoke souffle which was tasty and I might possibly get it again. Panera is always a good choice to go even though I don't normally go there. We'll go again... someday :-)

Got a salad, wanted to absolutely vomit. The woman behind the counter gave me a weird look before she gave me the bag. Will NEVER be eating at this panera location.

Curbside pick up on the 16th! Sandwich was soggy and unappealing. Chicken noodle soup was extremely salty and had a weird odor. To top it off, the baguettes were both stale. Also I checked in on the app when I arrived at the store and followed instructions but the employees ignored me for an extended period of time so I ended up parking and walking inside to grab the order. Update: I did leave feedback for the store directly as well and I need to add that no one has reached out to me to rectify the situation.

I tried the new Thai soup last time I was here, and it was very good. Not as spicy as a typical curry, and still had a good Thai flavor. I went with 1/2 a bacon, turkey, bravo sandwich to go with it. The sauce on the sandwich did not pair well with the Thai soup, but that's my fault. I would recommend both, just not together.
