Would leave 0 stars if it were possible. As a paying customer, the employee refused to let me use the bathroom to change my infant daughter's diaper and blatantly lied about the facilities being out of order.

For a gas station listed as 24 hours, it definitely isn't. I've known that the pumps shut off at night (why, who the hell knows), but getting there at 9:59 with another driver to get gas - clearly seen - only to have the pumps shut off immediately, to where both whoever that other driver was, and myself, had to go elsewhere for gas. What a joke lol.

I stopped in to get gas and the Apple Pay wasn’t working at the pump, so I had to go inside. I asked for $40 on pump number one and then after my transaction was finished I realized I forgot to use my gas rewards points which was $.85 per gallon. I said to her that I forgot she made a face and said “oh well”, I asked if she could redo it and she said no and handed me the receipt. She was very rude and unprofessional.I should get my gas rewards for $.85, I couldn’t even fill up my tank, but would’ve been able to had she use my $.85 rewards. Won’t be stopping at this location ever again!

Inside of store, including the restroom, are very clean. Convenient to the Chesapeake Veterinary Referral Center.

They have brand new gas pumps. Bathroom and store was very clean inside. The attendants were kind and friendly.

Decent gas prices for the area. However, the inside is locked at late hours and I do not feel comfortable dealing with the cashier through the window. It was difficult to hear anything that was said through it. Also, apparently the cash gas price does not include debit transactions, unlike other gas stations. So expect to pay credit price on your debit card too.

This Shell station tends to be one of the less expensive gas stations in Annapolis. Not by a huge margin, but a few cents cheaper than others on West Street. It is one of the "newer" Shell stations in the Annapolis area but the displays on most of the pumps are not working properly. They take an exceptionally long amount of time to respond to button presses and sometimes I don't know if it accepted the button press when paying by credit card. I really wish they'd fix these pumps.
