Amazing customer service! The experience was completely painless and the selection of products was so much it was hard to make a decision. But that’s where Kim came in. She nailed down exactly what I needed and knew the answer to every question I had. The other employees were extremely welcoming and made the experience great! 10/10 would shop here again!

MR. Keva Johnson is the man! He was able to make a dream of mine come true. He found me my brand new Rolex Submariner Blue. Not only helped me find one ,but secure it within a week. The super hard to find Submariner is now mine! I will definitely recommend ,and will return for my next watch.

My husband surprised me with Renewing our Wedding Vows for our 25th Anniversary while on vacation in Deep Creek. I don’t know how he pulled it all off but he did. My husband also surprised me with a new wedding set, complete with a third band for our 25th Anniversary. It is absolutely gorgeous! A week after we came back f on vacation, we went in because they helped him by keeping the paperwork there so I didn’t find it, and Kristen and the store employees were all coming up to us excited to hear all about everything he did for our Anniversary. This store and all of the employees, especially Kristen were so amazing and a beyond helpful to my husband for him to pull this off. They were just as excited as our family and friends. I returned an engagement ring a year and a half after I purchased it. Then, my ex-fiancé suddenly got sick a few months after our engagement. She was in the hospital for 5 months and she was not 100% after her illness and she decided she didn’t want to get married. Eddie at Saxons assisted in a for half cash refund/half credit of almost 50% in total of what was originally paid. I will be forever greatful for their understanding and compassion under the unusual circumstances. I would recommend any and all to consider them for your next jewelry purchase!
