Great overall experience! When assessing my service needs and scheduling Donnie was spot on. When explaining my service, recommendations and quoting prices, Ben was super efficient and thoughtful. A super team washed and vacuumed my car to great satisfaction, and I was immediately approached by Richard who inquired and then took me in a shuttle back to my home, we even talked sports. I was easily able to jump in my car with confidence and head out on vacation. Outstanding team, they do great work!

I have over the years liked the service at Apple Ford but these few times I have NOT been happy with our signed service advisor. He has NO customer service skills, his customer service needs to be improved or maybe he should not be doing at all. He never called even I asked to give me updates or explain what was wrong with our car. I had to ask him to sent the estimate by email because his explanation made no sense. When a cost is over $3,000 one would hope you would receive detailed explanation what is the work that needs to be done.

Until today, the last car I bought was in 2002 and we got it at Apple Ford. It was a blue Ford Explorer. We drove it for 20yrs, across 5 oceans trips, spent 10yrs in the desert. It helped us raised 2 kids. We've loved it, but it was time. We went to back Apple Ford with the idea of trying something cool and totally different... 😎 ...like a RED Ford Explorer! ❤️ (I know what I like!) Thank you to Justin for patiently and professionally answering all of our questions, and to Dylan for walking us through all the paperwork. It was such a fun and easy experience!

I would like to give many thanks and gratitude to the Apple Ford Lincoln Team (Justin King, John, and Dylan) that assisted me with the purchase of a beautiful. low mileage 2019 used SUV (that was not even a Ford or Lincoln)! This excellent team was extremely patient and caring as I went through the purchase process, even as an out-of-state buyer. Never pushy! Answered all my questions with honesty, candor and transparency without the typical "car salesman marketing gimmicks and spiels". The added lifetime benefits that they provide to their customers is also a nice bonus to buyers, which the majority of dealerships do not provide. I highly recommend this dealership for its associates and for the upscale ambience of the dealership premises as well!

Apple Ford was awesome to me during my long wait for a Badlands. There was no contention regarding the price, which had been a concern after reading of other reservation holders who were surprised with big markups over MSRP. Both ordering the Bronco and actually financing the purchase at Apple Ford went smoothly and quickly. A great fellow named Richard was always ready to assist me with options/selections and to answer questions about manufacturing and delivery. And if Richard was not available when I walked in, several other folk were always friendly and very helpful. This was my second new car purchase from Apple Ford, the first being a Focus wagon twenty plus years ago. My experience ordering & purchasing a Badlands leads me to highly recommend Apple Ford.
