Chelsea
This is a busy McDonald's with standard food. However they have a play place that our kids loved playing on. The food was typical but it was a fun way to spend an hour or so

The store manager Christian Killman was very helpful because the board where you order wouldn't let me change my order and he came over and helped us and then personally brought us our food to make sure it was what we wanted 😉 That's a manager who takes pride in his work.

Mcdonald's was very nice. I particularly like 1 young staff member that works the front . He is so friendly & very helpful also makes you feel very welcome . I believe if resturaunts had more employees such as this young man. You would have even more customers than you already have.

Just got back from McDonald's there in Hampstead MD on the main stretch with our big Mac large fries 10 piece nuggets and 2 small cups of ice our ice was full of fruit flies and the big Mac and nuggets had little black specks all over them will never go back because when I called about it they just wanted to replace not fix the situation so please definitely check your drinks the most don't really believe anyone wants that much extra protein with their food

They often get the order wrong especially in the mornings because the employees do not understand English. Seriously, they understand part of the English language, but there is a definite language barrier. It is so frustrating, so now even though they are more expensive, I go to a competitor across the street. At least there I don't leave angry.

I waited 30 minutes for my curbside order, so I went through the drive tru to try to see what was wrong. The lady was very obviously annoyed and told me to go inside to see if they had it. The man working inside took my phone twice to show them my order and after waiting for another 10 minutes, they still got it wrong

The staff had trouble taking our order, the kiosks were difficult to use with no direction or assistance, even when requested, several of the tables were disgustingly dirty. The bathrooms were ok, but needed tidying, the okay place was clean and nice. When we did get our order, an entire large value meal was missing. Definitely work to be done.

This place sucks now! So I drive by everyday on my way to work and I've been noticing the drive thru line getting worse and worse. I know this isn't a good sign. But I like pain, I guess. So I stopped by today for breakfast. I ordered a Steak, Egg, and Cheese bagel. No onions. Very simple. $5.99 A 3 year old could understand what I wanted. Well...even if you can't read or write, anyone can look at the sandwich building diagram the employees have and know that a Steak Egg and cheese bagel has egg on it. Rip me off. Now this location is banned. Manager is obviously inept. AVOID. Go to Westminster store.

Went three times for late night food - all 11pm or after because their closing time on Google and on the McDonalds website is midnight. We only got served on our second visit. During visits 1 & 3 we were told they were closed. Thank goodness Burger King is actually open until 12am.

I gave them two stars simply because of the young girl Bella working here.. I waited 30 minutes before someone even asked to take my order. I get y'all are worried about the drive through but dang I parked to come inside trying to make it easier for YOU GUYS! Managers (mostly immigrants) occasionally looked over while filling drive through orders as the inside began to fill up and never once came to the registers... It took this young hard working girl BELLA to take initiative to wait on the customers inside. I really hope management sees this and gives that girl a raise! I don't know her from Adam but can always appreciate the younger generation working hard! Atta girl Bella!
