The place needs some paintings and a face lift. Reasonable prices. Items should be price. That way cashiers don't feel like. I am bothering them constantly for price check. Let the customers life be easy.

This is a nice market to find African foods and products used traditional in African house holds. We love to visit the market and get our meats cut and pick up rice and other herbs and vegetables. The prices are reasonable and there is a good variety to chose from. They have some cold drinks and ice cream too. The meats are frozen and can be cut on site. There are some already precut in the freezers as well if you don’t want to wait.

Kind of a rinky-dink little store, dimly-lit and a bit cluttered. Definitely refrain from buying your general produce here. I went for a very specific item: scotch bonnet peppers for my Caribbean recipes. If you’re looking for any kind of Afrik/Caribbean food ingredient that you don’t find in your typical American grocery store - most likely you can find it here. I believe they also offer Western Union here with a pickup limit of $300 (about 95% sure on this, so don’t quote me).

This was my first time at an Afrik store. The service that the person I went with recived, could have been a little better but that could've been due to it being just a bit busy. All in all, they have many many things there. If you can think of an African food item you want, there is a good chance that it is there.
