Great experience all around. I went to a different Acura dealer to have my brakes checked and they quoted me over $1500 to replace rotors and pads. I went to a local repair shop and their estimate was even higher. I finally called Acura of Laurel and they were able to turn my rotors and replace the brake pads for half the cost of the original dealer quote. This story is exactly the kind of up-selling that deters people from going to a dealer to have repairs done. Acura of Laurel showed me they actually care about their reputation over their bottom line because they understand that honesty keeps customers and generates referrals. They gave me a great loaner car and the pickup process was so fast I couldn't believe it! Great job guys, you have a new customer and referrals.

The service here is excellent! Dropped my car off the night before for a 7am appointment. By 7:45 I had a text explaining my service plan and what would be covered vs not covered and asking if that was okay. By 9:15 they texted to let me know the car was ready to be picked up. When I got there it had been serviced and freshly washed. I paid and was out of there in 5 minutes!

My most recent experience at Acura of Laura was one of the most memorable experiences I’ve EVER had at a car dealership. From beginning to the end, the Service Dept staff were terrific from beginning to end. Mr. Michael Powell was my service advisor. From the moment I arrived until the moment he told me my vehicle was ready, Mr. Powell was attentive and super professional. I’ll remember him going forward. He was fabulous.

I had such a smooth car buying experience at Acura of Laurel yesterday. Ronald Diaz was wonderful! He is friendly, kind, knowledgeable, patient and was a pleasure to work with. The part we all dread going into the Finance office, well it was a breeze. Bruce was great! Very friendly (even mentioned he lived near me), explained everything and just made me feel comfortable signing my life away lol. Ive been going to Karen Radley Acura for years, Id say in the last 5 years their customer service and leadership has been awful. They are over charging, their advisors never have any detailed knowledge of anything that is being done to your vehicle and even when I brought it up to Cesar the latest advisor I dealt with he was passive agressive about it. They even did not have record of my last services I got and had me going around the moberry bush so they could figure it out. And then their Director and Cesar (advisor) went into a room in the back, which really made me skeptical and he came back with a print out saying I went into a wrong screen. After being overcharged for my front and rear differential a family member told me to come Acura of Laurel. I had been maybe once before in 2019 but should have made this Acura my home because the service I got was exceptional. From scheduling the appointment on the phone to Brandon answering all my questions about the Service Karen Radley Acura did and the Services Id be getting at this Acura, and even smoothly getting me into a Loaner to finish my morning errands. Until I leave on my next assignment this Acura is my new home. The cashier, Brandon and everyone I came in contact with were 5-Star. They charged me appropriately and my car is running well.
