Easy ordering when I found the order board. It was busy lunchtime business which usually means fresh food, and I think it was very fresh, it's just the french fries were bland and tasted weird (in my entire life I've never thrown out a single McDonald's French fry.) I threw out the entire order after one taste. I also ordered a basic cheeseburger. It was Sahara desert dry. It got stuck in my throat and had to be pushed down with soda. It, too went in the trashcan. The soda was good. Maybe they had an off day, or maybe it's just this location. Either way, clean, efficient, but definitely not tasty.

Consistent service a majority of the time. Some customizations for menu items are wrong but it really happens only 5% of the time. No drive-thru service here but highly recommend their curbside service!

I choose to go up to the Mcdonalds in Rockville over this one because this one has no drive-thru. Otherwise it’s a mcdonalds and it’s exactly what you would expect. Some sketch balls hang out here in the parking lot sometimes late at night. Yes it’s a 24 hour location with no drive thru. No there is no staffed security.

The black cashier woman was really nice. But the hispanic lady giving the orders, wasn’t nice at all, and my burger barely had mayonnaise and lettuce, my fries were so empty

This is the absolute worst McDonalds ever. If you order on line you sometimes get the right order. If you order in store with a cashier forget about getting your order correct. It’s like they just order whatever they think you want or what they have. Last three times I went I got wrong sandwich a double cooked brick of a potato cake and cream in my coffee when I wanted black. Breakfast was the only thing I used to get at McDonald’s, now it will be nothing ever again at this terribly managed location.

The mobile pick up parking spots have had the numbers painted over. Otherwise it's a McDonald's, you expect it to be trashy and mess up your order every couple of times. This store does not disappoint. Would not recommend if you want quality. But if you want cheap quick food it's OK. The food tasted dirty and my double quarter pounder was a single. That's at least three times in a row that the food was bad.

Quick but bad service, I ordered meals for curbside pickup couple of times from this location and whenever there is french fries in the order I'll get it half full !!!, also the amount of sugar, creamer and added flavors in the coffee I order is not right amount I requested. I think I have pass this location for future orders and drive little further for the other McDonald's from now on.

this is one moment of MANY POOR expirerencs I have encountered at this specific McDonald’s. its sad. i work across the street and they COUNTLESSLY mistake my order but sometimes they charge me for what i order butni dont receive what i paid for. rude staff, employees always look like they hate there job and the customers
