The ladies there were very pleasant. Melody cut my hair and there were a couple of changes i wanted to my haircut and she didn't mind at all. She said I want to give you the cut that you want. Well she did! Melody was wonderful! We talked and she did an absolutely wonderful job. I always go there and I live at least 30 miles away. There's a Great Clips up the street but I always get the best cuts at Perry Hall!

Hair stylist Stephanie Milam at this location is fabulous! Great customer service and did an amazing job on my hair cut, couldn't be happier with her service! Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great stylist!

I was here for a hair cut they forced me to give all of me personal information. Great clips privacy policy states that it is voluntary. And the governors order only requires telephone contact information I asked for my hair to be cut the way I like and for it to be washed. She said she cant wash it which isn't true I had it washed my last cut 3 weeks ago I asked for information about the privacy policy and they had none. They did not want to help me or cut my hair because I asked why do you need all of my information and I mean all of it These women were rude and disrespectful and did not know great clips policy which was updated June 20,2020 And did not know the governor order either and chose to add to it information which was not required.

Came in shortly after 9am after checking in online. Was greeted and taken back right away by a very friendly girl with a gorgeous flower tattoo on her arm/shoulder, pretty sure her name was Caitlyn? She was AMAZING! Great personality and cut my hair just as I wanted it. Hope she stays so i can make her my regular stylist! Service: Hairstyling

I got my hair done by Tatiana. I’ve had 2 good experiences previously so I decided to continue going here, but when Tatiana did my hair she decided to do what she wanted. I told her how I parted my hair and she said she didn’t like it that way so she parted it how she liked. Then I told her I wanted the bottom of my hair faded and I told her to do the longest shave first to see if I like it and she decided to go down another size because again she didn’t like it. She didn’t show it to me first to see what I liked. My haircut overall was great, but I just wish she would have listened to what I wanted instead of her doing what she pleased. I liked going here, but this experience turned me off to it.

The hair stylists Stephanie just helped me and she was very polite. I am pleased with the service for a hair trim for $15 even no tax added. She asked how much did I want off. Just the dead ends I said. Just wanted the ends trimmed so my hair and grow longer than what it already is. I was nervous about someone else trimming my hair a family friend had trimmed way too much off. And it took awhile to grow back. But, thank you for your service Stephanie and Great Clips. I will be returning to this location and wanting Stephanie to do my hair. * Also,Happy 1 year anniversary Stephanie it was written on her mirror. Same day service the Great Clips app is wonderful 0 estimated wait time is better if you do not have time to wait. I walked in from waiting a few minutes after clicking checked in and I sat for like 1-2 minutes and I was up next. I love the Great Clips app very affective.🤗😎😏
