This place use to be amazing on the inside. I just went in there and it's nothing like.it was before. Everything is changed around, way smaller looking, prices are even more higher, less selection. I do not even want to shop there anymore. They should go back to the old store set up, better looking, better selection and more attractive.

Honestly the best party city I’ve been to. The store was clean and everything was stocked nicely. Nothing thrown on the floors, overall very clean. The older man that was behind the counter was very funny and helpful, it makes me want to keep going back!

Customer service suck. Waited almost an hour just to get 5 balloons filled because all the employees did was run they mouth to each other and have conversations instead of taking care of the customer needs! & The manager attitude stinks ! Just horrible, bad experience

Not a good experience. I waited for 30 mins to get balloons.. and the cashier kept waiting on the register customers that came in way after I did.. I got tired of waiting and got angry and left.. rude employees
