HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I can not put into words the amount of thanks we owe them to get our job done. This company went above and beyond to remove all of the shingles on our house during an abatement and did not deter during trying times (neighbor issues). Allen was amazing! He explained everything that he was doing and made sure to give me all the information I would need going forward. He truly wants to help and will do everything he can possibly do and more to fix the problem. We had an unusual set up for our dryer vent and he was still able to fix it. I definitely recommend Allen as he is very professional, courteous and highly skilled. I've now had him back a couple times and he is so extremely helpful, could not recommend more!

I've worked with Atlantic Bay and Allen for years. The main thing is that when it comes to haz mat abatement, I know the job will be done right and professionally. I once tried a lesser priced company and did not have the same comfort level or confidence that I have with Atlantic. That being said, I do think the price is fair for the work that is being done and the necessary overhead. It is also always a pleasure to work with Allen. Allen and his team were terrific. I was remodeling my kitchen in an old house and became worried about potential asbestos in the walls and floor. Allen was referred to me, I called and he responded immediately, came to my house and suggested that I do enviromental testing first to see if in fact there was any asbestos. However, I did not want to wait and asked that he clean the rooms I was most worried about as soon as the samples were taken. His crew came and cleaned meticulously. In the end the tests were negative, thank goodness. But Allen continues to respond to my questions which I greatly appreciate. His professionalism and responsiveness got me through a very stressful time. I would reccommend him and his service to anyone that wants straight answers and help. I used this company awhile back for mold remediation in my finished basement. Allen was very knowledgeable and completed the project although caused damage to the area in the process. When tarps were hung and taped to ceilings, walls and around windows (to contain dust) there was zero concern about preserving the paint and integrity of these finished areas. As such, when the tarps and tape were taken down, the paint was all pulled up and peeled. I called Allen and spoke with him about this and his response was basically that I was informed this could happen and it’s not his responsibility. I’ve been unable to properly restore the finished areas since he completed this project. Please use caution when contracting with this company as your property may be damaged as well! I was very pleased with the asbestos removal project. The workers did exactly what I wanted, quickly and efficiently. They had anticipated completion in three days and it took them two days plus inspection. They were thorough, neat, and cleaned up the job site when finished.
