Great place to rent from when your trying to stretch cash they work with what you have and they have options of paying once a month. They even have ps5’s for rent. I got my AC and deep freezer from here with a protection plan that last even after ownership of the products!

My experience was absolutely amazing! Lala helped me pick everything out & explained the process of renting so thoroughly and was extremely professional. I thought she was the manager as she ran the floor. Joe delivered my furniture and was professional, very quick getting everything in and put everything where I asked him to put it. Made sure my kitchen table was steady and all. This team is amazing and professional.

Originally everything was good. The delivery team was excellent, the products are good. However if you miss a payment,...they will call your phone everyday. Multiple times. Also they will show up to your house because I've had neighbors tell me they came by. In the midst of a pandemic and losing a family member to gun violence last month it's been hard getting through the day and I told them the last time they came by what had happened. Bob's Furniture doesn't do this and they have the better quality stock. Would never recommend.

I have bought a lot of stuff and i don't have any complain because I take care my stuff... I have bought bed, refrigerator, washer and dryer never but never have Aaron's have giving me a call for payment or anything and when i have an issue I make sure they get resolved. I'm thanks full for all the help they have giving me when i don"t have enough to buy it cash...

I have paid off my used washer three times over a brand new washer with $9.99 monthly insurance continues and they’ve been “picking it up to be repaired” for 2 weeks and now they don’t answer my calls. I’ve been a ‘ never late’ paying customer for over 3 years and yet I can’t get help from the manager, Josh, or any so-called sales associates. I’m looking for a brand née cash in hand washer if anyone can help that’s not Aaron’s associated

This place is the worst it was my 1st time doing rent to own definitely my last...by time u finish paying this cheap stuff off u could of been paid for something better anyway....My issue is No matter how much I give these people updates they constantly call when I don’t get paid making it seem like I just don’t wanna pay them... then back when I needed assistance because I had two family members that died Christmas Eve last year the women gonna tell me she lost people to but that’s no excuse... now if I would of went there and act a fool it would have been a problem. I’m completely over them and I will never go back in life they are thee worst

I’ve been dealing with Aaron’s for approximately three weeks. First I wanted the Kimberly sectional. These people wanted to sell me one that pre-leased, ripped, stained and all. One guy told me they couldn’t order me any, and the other guy Juan said he would put an order in for me and guaranteed me a delivery date of December 26th. When he was promising me this date, I know that with the holidays going on, that it wasn’t going to happen but he insisted other wise. I called to follow up, after him telling me he was going to call me and again, like expected fell short. Apologizing for the couches not being delivered from the warehouse on time, and then him trying to offer me another section that was PRE-OWNED when I’ve expressed to them countless of times that I want a brand new couch. I’m taking my business elsewhere.

Took money denied me then took two months to give me my money back. Everyone said it was everyone elses fault. Denied that they talked to me. Don't use online. Worst customer service ever dealt with.

I have had the worst experience with this store. First it took 3 weeks for my furniture to even be delivered, keep in mind no one ever called me from the store to confirm or even let me know the delivery would be delayed. I called the store repeatedly ever week to get an update on my order. I received a survey in my email to rate my experience (still did not have my furniture) so I gave them a bad review and ONLY THEN the GM of the store reached out to me to set up a delivery for the same week. I understand things happen so I gave them another chance and ordered a box spring for my bed set and set up delivery. The box spring was supposed to be delivered today from 8AM-10AM and they never showed up. I have been calling the store since 10AM and the store phone is busy, it is now 11:30AM and I still have not been able to get in contact with anyone from the store. I also told the woman IN STORE that this delivery needed to be accurate and on time as I was leaving work to be there for the delivery guys. SUPER DISAPPOINTED DO NOT RECOMMEND.
